A very friendly and welcoming practise. The receptionists are approachable and also communicate well with other staff members from what I observed. I was made to fail at ease upon arrival with both the receptionists and my dental teamMy dentist and dental assistant were attentive and paid a lot of attention to detail when it came to explaining next stepsI have not had a good experience with dentists historically. I'm happy to share a positive one - especially post-covid - with anyone who requires a dentist that is not intimidating and will make feel as comfortable as they are able(fun fact: they nearly got 4 stars: the Xmas music was a lot 😅)

This was my first time visiting Hazelwood after being referred for an extraction. The surgery is beautiful with such a welcoming feeling the minute you walk through the door. The team are equally as amazing. As someone with mobility disabilities they were so accommodating. I was left feeling completely comfortable. The procedure itself was completed in around 25 to 30 minutes when including numbing time. I felt no pain at all from the extraction just some light pressure as the tooth was eased out. My entire experience from having a tooth extracted was definitely a positive one.

I was referred to this practice by my dentist for a wisdom tooth extraction and whilst it’s not a pleasant procedure to go through I was really happy with the whole experience. I am a very anxious patient and have had poor experiences in the past with dentists. I don’t know the name of the dentist and assistant who treated me, I was in room 3 upstairs but they were both very kind, patient and made me feel as comfortable as possible. I really appreciated the cleanliness of the practice and being informed on what was happening throughout the procedure. They both also checked to see how I was doing throughout the appointment multiple times and offered to allow pause for a moment at anytime.

Shireen and Andrea were excellent both in terms of putting me at my ease and getting the tooth out with the minimum of fuss or pain. Was told to wait and soon was called to go up. The dentist explained to me what the procedure was for a root canal and she made sure I was pain free and kept topping up with aesthetic.The dentist was wonderful and very professional. I had a really positive experience at this dental practice when I had my wisdom tooth and another problematic tooth removed. The oral surgeon — a kind lady wearing a brown scarf and glasses (I can’t recall her name) — was absolutely amazing. She was professional, gentle, and made me feel completely at ease, even though I was quite nervous about the extractions.She explained everything clearly, and her calm, reassuring manner made a big difference. The whole team was polite, welcoming, and supportive throughout the process. I’m really grateful for their care and would definitely recommend this practice to anyone needing dental treatment, especially oral surgery.

I was recently referred to the Hazelwood Dental Practice by my own dentist for a tooth extraction. I arrived and introduced myself. The kind staff at reception were very polite and welcomed me.I completed my consent form and waited in the sunshine for my appointment time to arrive. I was shortly called and made my way to treatment room No 3 on the first floor.I met my dentist and his pleasant assistant.A full and clear explanation of today's treatment was outlined.The process of the extraction was completed painlessly within 20 mins.An ongoing care package was then provided with brief but clear advice for my personal care.Before I left I complimented the dentist and his assistant for their professional, kind and very pleasant service.I then made my way out of the building but as I left I popped into reception to express my admiration for the excellent service because it really was first class.To finish i would like to add that this wonderful facility is fresh clean and very polished.Thank you 😊

Brilliant service - wasn’t waiting long, quick procedure, friendly staff and not that it matters but the interior is nice and stylish. The dentist did a great job, can’t believe how fast he worked without rushing, and he let me ask lots of questions. The nurse was very thorough in her explanations and made sure I was clear on the aftercare. Really happy with this experience, no complaints!

I was initially referred to Hazelwood Dental Practice for investigation for treatment I’d had at a different practice. Since December 2024 I’ve never looked back. The team have been absolutely fantastic. I’ve had an extraction, an implant and now visit for a regular hygiene clean. I’ve always had a fear of going to the dentist but not here. Any fears and phobia of my appointment was completely washed away when I entered the practice. Nice ambience and beautiful staff who treated me with dignity and care. Free WiFi and spacious seating. Completed a pre-assessment form yes /no questions. The appointment went very smoothly and was completed on time. Parking available to patients adjacent to the practice. I went for a root canal treatment 3 hours ago at Hazelwood. I was very scared and have phobia Re injections. The doctor and the nurse were amazing. However, the injection really hurt and made me jump as it was so sudden. I hit the doctor's hand by accident, and the injection hurt even more. It was my fault. But she is heavy-handed. She was very good and thorough with what she was doing. I would recommend this practice, and the doctor, but hopefully I will not need them, for another 30, 40 years. I go to Hazelwood Dental Practice for my regular hygienist appointments. The staff are friendly and professional.The service I receive is second to none. The premises are clean and tidy. I also like the music in reception and the opportunity to watch the TV which is on the ceiling during my appointments. That is a great distraction!The Principal Dentist who carries out my appointment gives great advice and guidance. My questions and concerns are always answered.

From entering this dental practice, it was a 5 star to me, clean, clear and nicely decorated. Very kind and welcoming staff at the reception, spacious waiting area. Had to use stairs to get to the surgery room but that was OK for me. While attending to me, the dentist and the assistant were so kind and gentle with me, having my note on fear before the appointment helped them and calmed be too because they made me feel like they care and not just work. Throughout my stay, they kept me informed, checked on me. Although I don't like new people working on me but I must say the experience was a good one, and explained the after care too. ***** 5 star.Also they have parking for up to 3 cars, but I didnt notice so was driving up and down. There is a sign.

I had tooth pain and managed to get a last min cancellation with Dr Zainab... btw she's amazing. My tooth ache was unexplainable after taking 2 different types of xrays she gave me a special toothpaste and some advise of things to do for a week. She's booked me in next week to review it and has a plan in action if I'm still in pain. Her patience is amazing and can I also add her Nurse Christina is lovely... she was helping me through my gag reflex. Never have I had so much fun at the dentist whilst in pain. Thanks for being my 3rd (and last) ever dentist since childhood.Ps. The Netflix on the ceiling was a bonus.

Once you decide to spend money on implants, go to an expert. Dr Hussein Asaria is that expert. Every stage was undertaken with the utmost professionalism, and it is very obvious that he knows this subject inside out. He uses advanced computer graphics to demonstrate to clients what will be, and has been done. The fact that he can describe exactly what will happen, and how you will feel after each stage of the procedure, provides immense confidence.

I came in via a referral from my own dentist for a tooth extraction. I was very nervous going in due to a very traumatic emergency appointment a few weeks prior. From the get go, everyone was so kind and and welcoming When it came to booking the appointment, the team were very understanding when I explained what had happened previously, they assured me that the dentist would ensure the same thing would not happen.Dr Femi Oluteye and Nurse Ursula were absolute stars from the get go. Dr Sachin is absolutely brilliant!!!I am petrified of Dentists due to past experiences, but I received a very professional service from beginning to end from Dr Sachin. I just had to leave a review after my 1st appointment at the clinic. I had my first implant with Dr Hussein Asaria last week. I was so scared I’ve been putting it off for years however it was such a pleasant experience. Dr Asaria was very reassuring and confident they’d be minimal discomfort and he was right. I felt no pain during and haven’t needed to take a single painkiller since, no swelling, no soreness - nothing! Dear Hazelwood Dental Practice, just to let you know that Femi and Christina did a fantastic job on my mother removing 3 front teeth. She had a bit of pain with the injections, but apart from that there was no pain with the removal of the teeth and no pain thereafter. He was also great at providing reassurance as I was quite nervous about having my root canal redone. I would absolutely recommend visiting and has made me consider moving over to private dental care. Came for a wisdom tooth extraction as my dentist referred me because no matter how much anesthetic was used, I could feel everything! (5 injections). Dr Femi and Nurse Carmen were amazing. Really were caring and considerate and made the whole experience easy. Amazing service! Great care, and the tooth is finally out pain free! Thanks guys!

I received 5 star service from the team at Hazelwood practice. All concerns and questions were answered in a timely manner with care and attention. My appointments were always on time and never over ran or rescheduled.Dr Hussain is very professional in a relaxed and calming manner. I felt very comfortable with him and the level of care I was given.
