We are conveniently located off Green Lanes high street near the North Circular Road, with a dedicated patient car park. (Nearest overground; Palmers Green Station 0.3 miles, underground Southgate 1.3 miles )
Disabled access- The dental surgery is located on the ground floor and the reception, toilets and waiting room are all accessible by a wheel chair.
Modern dental equipment – including Microscope, Cerec intra oral Scanner and 3D- Milling unit, intra-oral cameras, Zoom! Whitening system, digital radiographs (X-rays) and fully air-conditioned environment.

At Hazelwood Dental Practice we aim to provide the highest level of care to all our patients, respecting their rights and dignity. In turn we have a zero tolerance policy on violent and aggressive behaviour towards any member of our team. Any such incidents will be reported to the relevant authorities. We also ask that all patients keep their appointments or notify us of any changes.
Data Protection Policy
All personal information is stored on our computer database which is password protected and backed up daily. No unauthorised personal has access to patient records. You have a right to request a copy of your records. We can only release records if we receive the written authority to do so from the patient or their legal representative.
