Comments, compliments and complaints
Comments and compliments are always welcome. If you wish to make a comment or suggestion about any aspect of your treatment or visit, please leave us a note in our suggestion box at reception or send us an email. We operate an in-house complaints procedure which adheres to the National Criteria. Details of this procedure is available from reception, and our Practice Manager, Maria Georghiou, can help with any patients in need of assistance with this.
